The Brief

History Channel wanted a site to help promote the upcoming TV season and wanted to host a contest where users could upload their video entries telling how they have made history in their own lives. The site was to also showcase video clips from some of the upcoming shows on History Channel.

The Delivery

History Channel needed a quick turn around for the site to be ready for publicized competition so we reviewed the requirements with the client and got to work putting together the HTML framework. We developed the site, designed by i&D Media Group, building out a custom admin for the backend to allow for easy maintenance of daily entries and contestants. The contest just ended a successful 4 week run without a hitch and all indications are that the client was more than pleased with the performance of the site.
