The Project

We recently completed a mini-site promotional project for Panasonic’s Living in HD campaign in conjunction with i&D. The client required some heavy Wordpress customization including, custom profiles, registration and video compression, processing and upload directly from the admin.

Services

XHTML / Javascript

Wordpress

The Brief

The client required some heavy Wordpress customization including, custom profiles, registration and video compression, processing and upload directly from the admin… they also needed us to do a complete build and launch in less than a week.

The Delivery

Through a couple of internal strategy sessions, we got busy breaking down all of the requirements of the project and determined where we could utilize plugins and where we would need to apply custom code. One of the sites main features was the ability for users to process and upload videos directly from the admin. We set up the installation so the users could register, create a profile, login through a customized login page and upload their video through the admin effortlessly. Finally we integrated the look and feel of the site with the existing Living in HD web site and brand.

The Project

DisneyWorld and it’s six parks needed an overhaul in design, functionality and Flash interaction. *12ft was tasked with the Flash design & programming of the new park websites and their underlying front-end engine. This was no small task, but we were eager to take it on.

The Brief

*12ft created all the Flash and Animations for the new Disney World website and for all the parks within Disney World. In addition a Flash based asset loader and swf loader was needed to interact with the backend servers and Content Management System.

The Delivery

Working closely with the client, we created custom designed Flash environments on the new Disney sites, including all Flash animations and interactions. These solutions interact with the backend CMS system to drive site content. In addition a new Background Loading Engine was built in ActionScript to allow for future growth of Flash assets and the module boxes on the site. This new BLE loads all the Flash assets and gives Disney a new level of control and delivery.

The Brief

Marketing is critical for real estate development properties, especially that of a luxury resort. While Cape Amber Resorts had a pre-existing site, they were looking for something that would better capture the essence of their dazzling private resort community.

We put together a true online brochure to showcase this amazing property. We started by creating a new logo and branding and went on to create the entire online experience for the Cape Amber web site. After Effects paired with Flash creates a captivating opening Flash banner and introduces users to the beauty of the property and the surrounding area. The photo gallery is fully updatable via a CMS. For the rest of the site we developed an elegant design with a neutral color palette to compliment the crisp photography.

We’re happy to say that we work regularly with the Vonoa team and continually strive to exceed their expectations.

The Delivery

*12ft handled all areas of the site design and development. The only asset *12ft was given was a logo to work with. From there an entire site design was planned and implemented.
